We want you to love what you hang on your wall. If a piece isn't right for you, returning it is simple.
How returns work
- Start your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Enter your order number and email address in our returns portal.
- Select the item and the reason for your return.
- You'll receive a DHL QR code by email — no printer needed. Just show it at any DHL service point and they'll print the label for you. A PDF label for printing at home is included as well.
- Drop off the parcel. Tracking updates automatically.
- Once we've received and checked the item, we refund you via your original payment method. The cost of the return label is deducted from the refund, as set out in our cancellation policy.
Item damaged or arrived with a defect?
That's on us — please don't start a paid return. Email us at info@fravantis.com with your order number, a short description and one or two photos of the issue. We'll review it right away and arrange a free replacement or refund. No return label needed in most cases.
